Metalizzazion
This line is a combination of modules made of Polypropylene and AISI 316 components, with a thorough ultrasonic cleaning system, designed and manufactured according to customer requirements and chemical manufacturer specifications.
Designed for horizontal wet, spray and immersion processes for metallization of through and blind holes, creating a conductive layer in them before coating them with copper.
A different process using different methods and materials, with appropriate additives used to make a light conductive layer in the through and blind holes for subsequent copper deposition.
All these processes are a combination of different steps depending on the specifics of the chemistry used.
Our machines can process panels from 0.3 to 3.2 mm thick in the standard configuration, but can work with thinner or thicker panels upon request. (0,05 o 6 mm).
The usable width of the standard mat is 680 mm (other sizes on request).
For the type of product to be processed, Orlandi pays great attention to satisfying the customer’s needs; our machines are not made with standard structures, so that they are more flexible on the dimensions and useful working thicknesses. Their Modularity offers the possibility of adding modules in case of new requirements at the production stage.
