This series is a combination of both spray and immersion horizontal modules, the chemical processes in the final stage of PCB manufacturing.
These machines are designed and developed following the technical specifications of individual chemical manufacturers.
Our machines can process panels from 0.3 to 3.2 mm thick in the standard configuration, but can work with thinner or thicker panels upon request. (0,05 o 6 mm).
The usable width of the standard mat is 680 mm (other sizes on request).
For the type of product to be processed, Orlandi pays great attention to satisfying the customer’s needs; our machines are not made with standard structures, so that they are more flexible on the dimensions and useful working thicknesses. Their Modularity offers the possibility of adding modules in case of new requirements at the production stage.
