This range of machines is made from a series of modules made of Polypropylene, AISI 316 Stainless Steel or Titanium for the manufacture of printed circuit boards and Chemical Milling
They are made for the production of chemical cleaning lines, micro-etching and in the preparation of the surface treatment of the inner layer and outer layer before dry film lamination and soldermask coating is performed.
This series includes Spray modules to brighten the surface of panels with a chemical cleaning action before starting the pre-treatment surface washing process. This series of machines is used in conjunction with acid or alkaline etching machines for the production of printed circuit boards or Chemical Milling.
For the type of product to be processed, Orlandi pays great attention to satisfying the customer’s needs; our machines are not made with standard structures, so that they are more flexible on the dimensions and useful working thicknesses. Their Modularity offers the possibility of adding modules in case of new requirements at the production stage.
