Etching and Metal Stripping
Horizontal machines specially designed for etching/stripping processes used in PCB fabrication and Chemical Milling
Regarding this area, we have three major groups such as modular machines for alkaline etching solutions, modular machines for acid solutions, and all types of stripping such as tin, lead, and others used in Chemical Milling and PCB applications.
The etching machines are ideal for both inner layer processing and outer layer etching process. They are made of Polypropylene and Titanium.
They have different treatment chambers sized according to production measurements; They can be equipped with chemical bath control devices; density meters and conductivity meters.
Our machines can process panels from 0.3 to 3.2 mm thick in the standard configuration, but can work with thinner or thicker panels upon request. (0,05 o 6 mm)
The usable width of the standard mat is 680 mm (other sizes on request).
For the type of product to be processed, Orlandi pays great attention to satisfying the customer’s needs; our machines are not made with standard structures, so that they are more flexible on the dimensions and useful working thicknesses. Their Modularity offers the possibility of adding modules in case of new requirements at the production stage.
